deleting schduling time planning in sap pi production system

Hi AlL,

Is there any problem if we delete the availability of time planning of communication channel in sap pi production system and we again create the same time and same channel .

please guide me

Hi,

There is no issue, but you should take care of the channel availabilty, so better you can delete & recreate it the channel when it is out of availability time.

it is first time implementing the channel .so can schdeule with the same time and same date.

Hi,

If its the first time, then ther is no issue.

After creating schedular, start the channel by click "Automatic Control", then u can see the contraol data as "automatically".

Also for the selected channels u can see the availabilty times for the channel.
