Watermark is not printed although it's on the printout

Hi,

my problem appears both in Sapscript form and in Smartform.

I created a watermark and put it into the forms (in Sapscript it's a bitmap, in Smartform it's a background picture), and they are there in the printout, moreover they are there when they're printed into pdf file, but when I print it with the printer, the watermark does not appear.

Why can it happen, and how can i fix it?

Hi,

You mean to say the image appears in print preview but not in the output..

If that is the case for smartforms,

Go to the properties of 'PAGE', tab 'Background Picture'. Add the graphic image name here. Make sure to select "Print preview and print" output mode.

yes, I mean on the print preview it appears, but it's not printed.

In case of Smartform, the "Print preview and print" settings is set in the PAGE but it's still not printed...

Any other idea?

It's is solved, the problem was in the printer device type. Only the printer standard device type could position the picture to the right place, with other device type all pictures were positioned below the right place therefore watermark was not printed at all...
