Hi Everyone!
Our client wants to add ERMS for their EIC, now my question is, what do we need to remember or to do just to implement this? Can you give us some tips or guidelines in implementing this?

Ok, Thanks for the great info. But how about the chat functionality of CRM? How can I integrate it to the current system that our client is using. Right now were only using its Telephone functionality and will be implementing both email and chat functions in the future. Do you have any ideas about it?
