ERMS for SAP CRM EIC

Hi Everyone!

Our client wants to add ERMS for their EIC, now my question is, what do we need to remember or to do just to implement this? Can you give us some tips or guidelines in implementing this?

Thanks for this document, but I think that this document is more about the functional side of the ERMS. How about its technical side? Its configuration and customization? Is it the same in all CRM 7.0 application?

Ok, Thanks for the great info. But how about the chat functionality of CRM? How can I integrate it to the current system that our client is using. Right now were only using its Telephone functionality and will be implementing both email and chat functions in the future. Do you have any ideas about it?

I was wondering if there are some configurations on the chat functionality like on ERMS? Step by step procedure on how to implement this?

BTW, thanks for the new link, the video blog really helped me to picture out how the chat functionality would look like.
