Email for users / processor in outlook

Hi Friends,

We have configured support help desk for solution Mgr. I want to understand what is the std. method of getting mail to users / message processor when ever messge is created / answer to given. I think in this we get mails in SAP Inbox.

Can we do set up for getting mails in Out look.

Shall I know settings for both above scenarios.

Hi,

If SDN link is bloked, I think it would be difficult to share the document

because sharing information in personal ID's are against forum rules.

I am staying in KSA, Saudi Arabia. When I checked, these potos were stored in http://www.telefonica.net/web2/generales/lcorrea/image28.jpg

and this site was blocked by Saudi Govt.

Is there any way to this info / doc.
