users assigned to groups not found

Hi,

Today I did a bulk import of users to a group. After import I checked the users and found the groups assigned properly. But after some time , I found the users are not available under the group and groups under user profile. I tried adding the users to group again , but same result after some time.

It is delaying a production activity. Kindly help.

Kind of source system?
