Hi,

What are the effects will occur after we click on PGI and what are the relevant transaction codes for to check those effects.

Hi Kumar,

Effects of PGI could be,

1. Reduction in stock - in MMBE

2. Creation of the material document where the Material account is credited and the COGS account is debited - FS10N - can also be checked in delivery document flow

3. Requirements for the delivery are removed from the requirement list - can be checked in MD04

4. The delivery is included in the billing due list. VF04

Hi Sukumar,

Adding to Nagesh Mrthy's answer. Another thing is Stock value also will be reduced in MB52.
