Block stock key figure

Hi Guys,

I cifed blocked stock to APO from ECC , I want to display the quanitity of blocked stock as a seperate key figure . Please let me know what are things need to be done for this requirement.

Hi,

1) In APO product master, include the setting to include blocked stock

2) Create category and category type with blocked stock by selecting

the suitable ATP category in APO customisation

3) Assign the category type created in the SNP planning area

4) Initilise the planning area if required

I created seperate custom key figure and assigned the category group even with that the data not visible in planning book.

Hi Thamizh

Please check if the blocked stock appears under category CI. (/n/sapapo/rrp3). Also try writing a macro to retrieve and display the value of blocked stock against the new key figure.

Hi Thamizh ,

Use the physical stock function - format PHYSICAL_STOCK( u2018productu2019 ; u2018locationu2019 ; version ; u2018categoryu2019 ) to retrieve the value of blocked stock. since you cannot hardcode the product , location values your format has to be physical_stock (ACT_PRODUCT

; ACT_LOCATION ; ACT_VERSION ; << category associated with blocked stock>>). This will make sure that the stock value corresponding to the product location loaded in the planning book is retrieved.

keyfigure = physical stock (<< with attributes mentioned above>>) .

Thanks a lot , I created macro as per your guidelines , I am able to see the blocked stock quantity in planning book only if i go to details of the block stock key figure ,the value is block when i open the planning book .

Can you guide me what is missing ,I want to display the value when I open the key figure.
