Hello friends,

I create an RFC * HTTP Connection to External Serv* Connection on SM59.

My problem is when I am trying to Test Connection I get no result. So I do not know if itu2019s working or not. Is it any way to get result of my test connection. I did active trace on sicf but no thing to see.

Any help?

Regards

Hello,

Plesae check the dev_icm logs for more details.

Use tcode SMICM for the same.

You can increase the trace level for temporary purpose, say put trace on level 2 and then test the connection.

After this check the log file and find out the issue.

Once you have solved the issue revert back the ICM trace to old level..better to put in 1 or default value for normal operations.

You can change trace level for ICM by going to tcode SMICMGotoTrace level.

Hi Yoganand,

I did increase the trace level to 2. But Is it possible to use trace for check an RFC connection on SM59?

And why I get no messages when I test my connection on SM59.

Do my sap server need some configuration?

You can check TA SM21 or ST11 they will usually tell you whats wrong with the connection.

Hi ,

Please make sure your Target Host and the Path Prefix is correct and there is no Firewall issues to access the path.

Hi Reza.

Is your connection working with HTTPs? Try to use just HTTP.

Look if the user connection with SAP is ready.

Good luck.

Bruno.
