Error during Approval of PO "Exception type.com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.co....

Hi, experts.

In Srm 7.0, after the click on the button "Approve" for PO in Tasks , the error appears:

"Exception type.com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.connect.ConnectorException Message:Fri Aug 06 11:00:30 CEST 2010

(Connector):com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.connect.ConnectorException:Fri Aug 06 11:00:30 CEST 2010

(Connector):com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$AbapException:EROR_IN_PDO"

Error occurs, if you want to approve PO from UWL. But then when you open it, then it is possible. Why is there a difference. is there a different call from checkbadis or something else.

UWL triggers checkbadi, in approval mode not every checkbadi is triggered.

so errors of checks will only occur in UWL or at the end of ordering process?

PO creation will always do a consistency check with backend R/3 system to make sure that the system (SRM) can push the PO to backend without any error..

So please check your R/3 system for any required field missing and also test your RFC connection again..

Hi Evgeny,

Can you please paste the dump from ST22 , atleast you will come to know if the dump is from standard code or some code form you implementation .

check for the below notes too if that helps.
