Withdrawal history not updating correctly

Hi Experts,

Landscape -

SRM 5

R/3 4.6c

Classic Scenario

Reservation is created in R/3 using internal goods in SRM. After the reservation is created, Goods Issue (GI) happens in R/3

Following are the 2 scenarios encountered -

A. Reservation for 10 and GI for quantity 10 - follow on document history is updated correctly in SRM with the correct document number displayed

B. Reservation for 10 and GI is done in 2 stages in R/3 - first GI is done for quantity 4 , and second time GI is done for the remaining quantity 6. The follow on document history is updated correctly for quantity 4 but for the subsequent GI of quantity 6 the data is not displayed correctly. The document number is shifted either to the left or right, the currency is not displayed properly, currency value has wrong decimal format and wrong value etc.

Please provide your inputs for POINT B.

Hi

SRM 5.0 being a stable system I dont expect any problem in the software....

Seems BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is nto getting the updates properly. Check why BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is not updating the follow on update.

Give access to SAP if this is happening for every document.
