SAP trace with multiple user

I want run SAP trace for 4 transactions with two / three users at a time. Please let me know if there is any way to do this.

Unfortunately not. In ST05 you can specify either all(*) users or a single user and then the same applies for transactions.

Your best bet is to use a test system where those users you want to trace are the only ones on the system or trace one user at a time.

You can enable the security audit log using te tcodes SM19 and SM20.
