Hi All,

The Email notifications are sending through /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND is sends notification with, RFC_user and extra addings like user id and some other text in the subject and body line.

Some of this data is coming from the text paramters on the selection screen of the program

How to make modifications to the content of those paramters or from where the data is populating on to the program.

Hi

Options like buttons availability, Attachment options can be set as a part of your selection options in variant. Text in notifications can be modified in the Text fields in the report varaint.

You can use PFTC to set subject line text and addition of any other detail in emial notifications.
