How to set sales order complete if there is no delivery

Hi all,

we need to have some function to set sales order complete even if some line items are not delivered.

Is there some function for this-Can be useful the SD_ITEM_CHANGE_STATUS.

Hi,

May be it is possible to set your SO to complete without delivering them, but the impact is very high.You will not be able to find out the delivered and undelivered SOs at later point of time. So I would advise not to do using this FM.

If you really want to do something with the SO, you can use some Z fields and Custom logic. If you can tell your business scenario, then better solutions can be provided

Hi,

the are creating a sales orders with several line items but its make to order business,

so ,in this case some of the line items are never delivered because they are not able to produce them-In this case the sales orders stayes in the system as pending -Not completed .

We need solution to avoid this ......

Hi Luis,

For the items which need not be delivered, please set a reason for rejection. The moment you put a reason for rejection to these line items, the status of the line item will be updated as Complete. This way you can cover your functionality.
