TDMS Copy Stuck in Phase Start Deletion of Data in Receiver System

Hi All,

Please can you assist me with the following phase "Start Deletion of Data in Receiver System" which seems to be stuck in CRM Time Based reduction copy from Production onto testing.

The job CNV_TDMS_09_RESTART_JOBS is getting finished with no progress with below logs:

Error occurred determining batch free information!

Hi,

Are all the systems on the same SP ? Have all the notes been applied as provided in the composite note ?

Also, check if there are any scheduled TD09P* jobs in the Target System. If not, kindly contact support so as get the issue resolved at the earliest.

It is Oracle/AIX platform.

Hello Prashant,

Please check the job logs in the Control and receiver system (SM21 and SM37). You might find some errors related to TDMS.

Also check if there are enough batch and dialog process free in the system.

Also check the Step 1 in TDMS, are the rfc connections still OK?

Is this on SQL/Windos platform?

Could you post all logs ?
