Text copy in Audit Management

Dear all,

When I am creating Corrective/Preventive action for Question of an Audit, the Question description/Note is not copied to Corrective/Preventive actions.

Is this standard behavior of SAP ? or is there any SAP note ?

Please through some valuable inputs.

It's the standard behavior of SAP. I am not aware of any notes released by SAP. Do you want to copy only the description of quaestion to corrective action?

I did not do it. But, I guess you can get the required functionality by changing the BADI, which is already implemeted - PLM_AUDIT_ACTION_TYPE_800.

I feel better heck with SAP on the possibility getting your functionality and modifying the BADI which is already implemented for the correctiv/preventive actions.

I did not get time to check your control plan requirements. You still have those issues?

Thank you very much.

I will do this modification and get back to you. Regarding control plan issues still the problem is exists and client is asking some additional requirment like having main process and sub process in the form, so I am planning to develop new form.
