bar code on print form

Hi All,

We have a requirement to generate a bar code on a print form.

Once the form is scanned , it shd update a few fields from this form to an excel sheet.

Also, on scanning it should send an email notification.

I can generate the bar code using some key fields on this form.

The bar code UI element is available on NWDS 7 SP19

but want to confirm if it is actually supported on this version , the Portal server is on 7.0 SP 21.

How can we achieve the updation on the excel sheet and the notification ?

Please suggest.
