Universe Create custom LOV

Hi All,

I want to associate a custom list of values to a dimension in the universe. please le me know the steps how to associate an excel sheet as a LOV in universe in version 3.1.

Any help is highly appreciated.

HI,

You cannot associate an external file to a list of values in XI 3.1.

In BI 4.0 you can import the content of an external file into a static LOV.

We have in our plans to extend LOVs to support external files, external RDBMS, etc.

I can do it when I try to add LOV for non sap universe, but for SAP Universe , i am not getting the options to create custom LOVs.

Any help is highly appreciated.
