Hello, I am going to update the java stack through the JSPM, I pasted the java's files in (usr/sap/trans/EPS/in, I have checked the file size is the 98 % used space .
My question is :
1.- Is necessary more space in the file ..usr/sap /trans to update the java ?
2.- if I will need space in /usr/sap/trans Can I get the backup of data and cofile's folders before to delete the folders's content and restore this files before that java update finishes?
Regards
DS
Hello Danny
If you are just upgrading java stack, then after all the SDA/SCA files copied to the EPS/in folder, normally there will not be any
more space requited for this folder, as the this folder will be only "read" by JSPM/SDM.
Also please be informed the the cofile you mentioned is generated by the CTS transport from ABAP side, so it is irrelevant with
Java stack at all.

Thunder

Hi Danny,
If you have copied all the files in EPS/in and if they are extracted then you need to have more space as now the files would be deployed and applied in database.
Hope this helps.
