Dear Friend,

You probably have a user status profile defined at the sales order header level and it is in CRT status. PGI is not allowed for CRT status. Go to the sales order header and in the Status tab, change the status. That should allow the goods issue of the delivery. Please make this change for Sales oreder no. against which u r doing PGI.

If the issue is with perticular line item then do the same at ITEM LEVEL.

Hi friend

This is due to sales order user status not permit PGI action.

You should check the user status of sales order 1350053922 item 000010.

Go to -> item -> status

After you confirmed this, you can reset the correct status to release this order.
