Gui 7.2 Issue

Hi:

We habve installed SAP GUI 7.2 with SAP gui patch gui720_2-10007878.exe and BI patch bi720sp02p_201-20006596.exe with a pc with following configurations.

PC1

Windows XP

Office 2003

PC2

Windows 7

Office 2010

When I exceute a query in Bex analyser, sysem gives me a dump in both PCs.

The error message is

The program "SAPMSSY1" contains the CALL FUNCTION statement.

The name of the function module to be called is "RSR_NET_RESULTSET_GET_MASS".

No function module exists with the name "RSR_NET_RESULTSET_GET_MASS".

I am not sure why we are getting this dump.

Our Bi version is

SAP_BW 700 0023 SAPKW70023

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Execute Transacrion RS_FRONTEND_INIT.

Change following parameter value from "X" to blank.

ANA_USE_SIDGRIDDELTA

ANA_USE_SIDGRIDMASS

ANA_USE_SIDGRIDWBUF

This will work.

Remember to install latest BI patch for gui 7.2.
