CTS+ with multiple domains

I am trying to configurate CTS+ with CM Services in multiple domains.

The systems are:

NWDI server (NDI)

Development Portal (DEP)

CTS+ Server (PEL)

CRM Development - double stack (DMC)

I have already setup the Portal configuration in the same domain of my CTS+ Server, now I am trying to include the Java stack of the CRM server (DMC) in the CTS+ configuration but I am not sure how should I do it. The CRM server is a double stack system and the ABAP transport routes are already configured so I only have to include the Java configuration. If I try to create the Java configuration in the CTS+ server (STMS -> Overview -> Systems -> SAP System -> Create -> Java Stack Configuration) I get following message:

"System DMC unknown in transport domain DOMAIN_PEL"

And if I try to create the Java Configuration in the DMC server then it seems like it is trying to configure DMC system as the CTS+ server, which I do not want, I just want one CTS+ server and multiple transport domains. How should I proceed?
