PGI should not be allowed unless full packing is done

Dear Experts,

Can anybody tell me how to stop the PGI, unless the full quantity is packed.

means user should not be allowed to do the PGI unless the full quanitity in delivery is packed.

Pls suggest me.

Hi Kishore,

configuring your requerement to SAP go to -

1.use T-Code VOV7

2.in business data tab go to completion rule and select E

3.go to - Spro

display IMG - Logistic execution - shiping - packing - packing control by line item

4. now select item category TAN & select packing control A (must be packed.)

let me know if it is resolving your issue.

while for cancelling PGI you can use t - code VL09.

Hi Rajeev,

Thanks for the inputs. any way i have got the solution...it is achived by selecting the delivery split-Wh no check box in the delivery doc type.
