ftps issue

I use PI7.1 and ftps

certificate from ftps server has been uploaded to PI server, key storeage in the default view.

common name in certificate is my machine domain name.

But PI can not connect ot ftps server.

I see the ftps server, the log show that PI server connect to the ftps server, but there are no actions, i.e. login, transfer...

Hi Justin,

Check if any firewall is invilved between the PI and FTP servers.

You can telnet/ping the FTP server and check for connectivity.

firewall is ok. I use other tools from PI server to connect to ftps server. It is ok.

Are you using IP address or Host name..If you are using IP Address, try replacing it with Host Name and make sure it matches the CN host Name in Cert

Below is the detail error.

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error when getting an FTP connection from connection pool: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.concurrent.ResourcePoolException: Unable to create new pooled resource: FTPEx: The control connection to the FTP server 135.251.128.89 timed out while reading the server reply.
