Hi,

I want to 1) Show how the changes to the quote can be managed through version control and

2) also want to do attach word documents in the quotation level.

Please give me the solution how to do?

Please refer the below approach for your second question raised and i do not have a clear idea on your first question.

I think the appropriate method would be to go to VA22 after the Select drop down menu System>User Profile> Own data

Go to Tab- Parameter. Pass on thge role SD_SWU_ACTIVE and parameter value as "X" and Save. Then when you go to the change mode of the quotation you shall find a option called Services for Object will apear and here you can attach document related to quotation.
