Hello Miku,

In quotation level I want to define & assign User status Profile as Create,
Reviewed & Approved .Please give me the solution what are the transaction
I have to select & how it effects during sales quotation.

Actions to be followed for setting up Status Profile:

1. Define a status profile (T-code BS02).

2. Assign one or more statuses to the status profile.

3. Determine for each status whether it is to be set automatically or manually when creating the document.

4. Define for the status which business functions should be suppressed or at least accompanied by a warning message.

5. Now assign the status profile to a document type or an item category, for which status management should be active in t-code VOV8 and VOV7.

Hope this piece of information actually helps you !!

Regards,

Sarthak

Hi,

IMG -> S&D -> Sales->Sales document -> define and assign status profile

1.Define status profiles

2.Assign order types / status profiles-----same for VOV8

3.Allocate status profile to item categories------Same for VOV7

To define and change status profiles for any of the documents you can use transaction BS02. The status profile needs to contain following information:

1. Object type: sales order header, sales order item etc.

2. Business transaction: create, change etc.,

3. Influence: The transaction has:

a. no influence

b. permitted

c. warning

d. disallowed

Thanks and best regards,

Smile

Hello,

in customizing, under "Sales and Distribution --> Sales --> Sales Documents --> Define And Assign Status Profile" you can make the proper settings. The way the status management affects the sales document depends on the settings you carry out: you define a status profile, then define user statuses and assign to them the business transaction that influences that status, if that is the case.

Hope to be useful.

Best regards,

Andrea
