Spool not getting generated

the issues is 'no email spool getting generated for one order. Please let me know what could be the reason

Hi Kumar,

Which device type do you use to create the spool? Check the file Wizard_data_all*.pdf that is attached to SAP note 1036961. This file may contain a device type for your printer mdel. Another possibility is to print via windows and device type like SAPWIN or SWINCF. This ensures that the windows printer driver for your printer is used.

i am getting the error in SP01 as

339485 1 MEKAD 09:20 Completed (problem) 10.09.2010

in log it is displaying as

Print request data could not be processed completely

Print ctrl COL0N is not defined for this printer. Page 1, line 1, col. 1

Print ctrl COL0H is not defined for this printer. Page 1, line 1, col. 1

Print ctrl COL0N is not defined for this printer. Page 2, line 1, col. 1

Print ctrl COL0H is not defined for this printer. Page 2, line 1, col. 1

Print output may not be as intended

if this type of error occuered probably it would be issue with output device or in program.please let me know what should i suggest them.
