Duplicating Xpress Requests - Bug?

When we duplicate an Xpress Request, the original request no longer automatically changes phase from "Open for Bid" to "Ready for Award" when the due date is reached.

The duplicated requests do change as expected.

Has anyone seen this? Is this a known bug - any workaround?

Hi Matt -

I believe the phase change should still happen as you say was originally happening. Did you recently upgrade to a new release? Do you know if there was some change that might have made it stop working?

From what I understand, as long as the original request is still active and open for bid, the automatic phase change should happen.

Let me know if you have any more information about when this stopped working.

Hi Rob,

We haven't upgraded or changed anything recently - we're running 5.1.04 1 build 05-Jun-2009.09:56.

We just now noticed it with 2 different XPress jobs in our Production environment that were duplicated. I'm going to test in our Staging to see if it has the same effect, but will need a day to pass to see if we experience the same result.
