How do I activate sales text?

Hi all. I have recently started work with a new company and have an issue I haven't encountered before., I have a sales text item that pops up when a quotation is being entered but does not pop up, as it should, when a sales order is entered. Can anyone advise me how this text pop-up can be activated for the sales order, please?

OK, thanks, but where in the system do I access that drop down - The Material Master, or somewhere in the IMG, or via a table? Please give the path or Tx code.

Against the text id of your text procedure you have option 3 drop down option.One of them are "Text will be displayed during.."

If it is already there then check the access sequence against it.The access sequence must be executed to display the pop up.
