Performance issue PDS change Tranfer..!

Dear all

We are on 4.1 version. We are using u201CCUSLNTRTO_CIF_REPORTu201D report to transfer changes related to PDS from ECC to APO. For example when we change planned delivery field in ECC material master, with CUSLNTRTO_CIF_REPORT we transfer it to APO in respective PDS.

Currently we have appx 8000 PDS in the system. Currently the report is taking long time more than 48 hours to finish.

We have following fields mentioned for the reports

PDS Usage: S

Rought u2013cut planning:- Click

Change transfer :- Click

Transfer deletion flag:- Click

Any pointer to fix this issue is much appreciated.

Hi Amol,

1) I guess there could be some error in your bom/routing

which is not getting transferred and as a result it may

take sometime. I suggest check the master data

settings with the ones which are previously transferred

(good ones) which are in use.

2) Also check the application logs, job logs, queues, sysfails

if any generated during the transfer. This will give you

right pointer as to how to proceed further.

3) Run transaction /SAPAPO/RTO_ORD_COMP to check

any errors
