Error in file picking in Quality

HI all,

In development system file is picking but while trying in Quality I am facing The below error in CC Plz help.

Conversion of file content to XML failed at position 0: java.lang.Exception: ERROR converting document line no. 89 according to structure 'xxx_yyy_zzz':java.lang.Exception: ERROR in configuration / structure 'xxx_yyy_zzz.': More elements in file csv structure than field names specified!

Hi,

Please check your input file. I think in the input file at line no 89 system is getting more values than the field specified in the communication channel. If file comm channel is working fine in dev system then use dev system's input file in quality system and check once whether it is working fine or not.

Hi Prasad,

I think, the problem is with input file coming on QA system.

On line no 89, more values have come than you have specified in channel while configurating FCC.

To be doubly sure, you can check the same file on DEV system.

Use missing lasts fileds or additional last fileds as per your requirement

The problem is at content conversion, please check the fields exists in file & your Communication Channel settings.
