How to move a local DC into a SC which is in a track of CMS?

I want to put some DCs in SC "MyComponents" of "LocalDevelopment" to a SC in a track.How shuold I do?

yes, please proceed as per the guide.

On higher releases (like 720) there's a feature in NWDS for this ("Migrate to software component..." and "Convert project to Development Component..."), but this is just for your information, I assume you are doing a development with lower releases than the one I mentioned.

It's impossible to move several local projects to Track by one action,
