Integrating user to the organizational model.

Hi,

I am new to SRM and would like to know the step by step procedure so as to integrate an USER ID to the organizational model in SRM.

Please advise.

Hi,

Please check the USERS_GEN transaction. There are several options.

Also logon with SRM Administrator via web interface. Admin can create users and assign to Org. Model.

Hi

1. EBP user can be maintained by:

Self Service function

Administrator

Manager

2. Single EBP users can be created by

Self Service creation (Subject to approval)

Administrator Creation

3. Generic User Creation

Using USERS_GEN Transaction

USERS_GEN Options:

 Upload from File:- Users can be created using an upload from an external File

 Users can be created from other Systems using an RFC call

 Users can be created using the SU01 Records in the system

 LDAP directory can also be used to create users in SRM System.
