Problem of function key desoite of parameter ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE

Hello,

We are using handheld terminals psionteklogix 7535 G2. All the F-keys are responding as requested by the application transaction except the F6 and F7 that decreases text size and increases text size.

As SAP recommends, when function keys are not working, we have created and attached (with the help of the parameter ~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE ) to the internet service the following code:

for the code check the thread published by dcostadimas

but no effect.

If we run the transaction and display the html source code, we can see the above script.

Any idea why it is not working ?

Have you checked SAP note 1491666?

Basically it contains similar recommendations as the other forum you have referred to.
