Customer Independent Scheduling agreements

I would like to know if we could do Customer Independent Scheduling agreements in SD. The reason is that we are receiving forecast from a third party tool, which is region specific. I would like to create a scheduling agreement a level above the customer for the entire region. Is this possible in SD. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Rishi

You need to use Flexible Planning / Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) to do this. May be you can use Sales Offices or MRP Areas to denote "Regions' and create plans for a product (material) or group in a custom Infostructure which includes that characteristic. Here is the link to SOP:
