Approvers e-mail notification attachment of SC PDF file datas are missing.

Hi Gurus,

After the support pack applied in production, whenever users get an EBP approval notification e-mail and then open the PDF attachment of the SC, the cost center/WBS isn't showing up in the PDF file. Also the data format is incorrect .

Please suggest me how the SC data's are converting to PDF document and attaching to the approver e-mail.

Hi All,

We have not using the Zprogram. After the support pack one code is missing in the Smartform BBP_SC .

Per the steps in the OSS# 1508301, we have corrected the issue. Now we are able to get the Cost Center / WBS in the approver PDF file without any issue.

Now the issues is in date format-the delivery date is incorrect format , we have maintained the delivery date (required on date) as 09.20.2010, but the PDF file is having the delivery date as 10.09.0920 .

Please suggest any one have any idea on this one.

We are in SAP SRM 5.0

we are using the program "RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP" to generate the e-mail notification.

did they convert int o zprogram ?

what SP to another service pack?

give more info to others to get quick answers.

srm 550 sp 15 to sp17 - notification standard program or zprogram what are the parameter selected. etc.

Seems to be something wrong in the program (if its a Z copy of the standard program) or in the variant. Make sure you have used the same variant as was there earlier.

Support pack upgrade will not impact this in SRM5.0 ..I mean there are very very remote chances of that
