Error in CAT5 transaction

I get a CAT5 error message RU704: Future change records for background processing exist for order.

That suggests to run CO1P transaction.

1. What does this CO1P transaction and where it is located in the standard menu?

2. Is it possible that the message is not relevant and the problem is somewhere else?

Have you assigned any materials to the activities and those are not issued or consumed fully? If so check whether you have consumed all the materials those are associated with the activities of the network.

CO1P is used to post the confirmation with goods movement.

which version of SAP you are on?

Check the following note for the above error message: 202843. dosent seem to be a latest one, but check it out..

You can search any transaction in SAP Menu by search functionality (Ctrl + F).

You are getting error while running background job, just confirm that there is already no future posting. As SAP help also suggested txn. CO1P is for predefined confirmation.

Just check thoroughly.

There are no materials involved.

That is jjust the cancellation of hours that we have done many times before. But this message comes up the first time ever, so I am curious what were the special conditions to trigger that error.

do not forget to select HR Data Transfer checkbox.

Hi,

Do one thing. In transaction OPST check the HR update parameters. If possible try simulating the scenario by ticking and unticking the "No HR update checkbox", respectively.

Try this and revert.
