CRM: Create Employees if HR Integration is active

Hello,

we are using CRM 7.0 the Interaction Center, Employee Interaction Center. We are replicating via ALE the users from our HR system, but addtionally we have to create directly users in the EIC system.

We have found two sap notes, which gives different information back.

https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1228427

https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1kZSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1232058

We implemented in the Navigation Bar MD-EMPL-CR to create users and maked it visible, but the we are not able to see it. Any idea what we missed? Maybe we have to change something in T77S0

Regards,

Alexander

What do you mean with creating users in the EIC system?

I did the HR - EIC integration but I am not certain what you refer to

When hr is active, there is standard t-code CRM_IC_EIC_ALE for external employee creation.

Hi Alexander,

In CRM4.0 we had a similiar problem.

Don't know if there is a better solution, but the one we've found to allow create 'employee's' in CRM system exceptionally, was to make a report that enables/disables HR integration.

This activation is setted in table T77S0, with grpid = 'HRALX' AND semid = 'HRAC'.

Then, if gsval was value 'X' HR-Integration is active and cannot create employees. If gsval was value ' ', employees creation is allowed.

Check if this helps you in somehow.

Kind regards,

Garcia
