Career Guidance - What is scope for Java WD / ESS MSS Specialist

Hi Experts,

I am a trained and certified EP Consultant. I have worked in 3 implementation project and 1 support project. I have total 4 years of experience in SAP EP / Java WD / ESS / MSS / KM etc. I am presently working for a support project since 18 months. The work includes Java WD development , ESS , MSS customization.I am totally out of touch with the latest technologies related with SAP EP. I have heard that CE7.1 and CE7.2, EHP, PI etc related with my field.

Can you please let me know what all are the new 'hot' things related with above skill. If possible provide me the links for learning CE7.1, CE7.2 and EHP etc.
