Hello.
Our SAP EP (NW2004s) is installed on Suse Linux 9.
The installation prerequisites for Adobe Flex for Linux is Red Hat Version 2.1 or 3.
Does anyone know when and if the Flex Runtime will also run on Linux?
Are there lacks of functionality (besides the smart and nice look and feel) if the VC models are rendered as Web Dynpros?
Thanx for answers
Dirk
I'm not aware of any limitation Flex runtime has on linux.
As for webDynpro - see limitation at note 950492

Although Suse Linux 9 isn't listed as a supported platform, the Visual Composer Flex compiler might be successfully run on your system.
Which is not say that I got any confirmation of a successful Suse 9 system using Flex 1.5, but since VC only uses a subset of the Flex 1.5 features, it might work.
At any rate, it seems that the next VC Flex runtime, which will probably use Flex 2, will be supported for Suse 10 systems.
