Resource salary

Hi Experts,

Actually we are in to service industry project,

where here resource will be hiring from vendors and providng to customers service.

here we want to known:

Resouce salary in standard ps reports.

If you are hiring resources from vendors why do you need to know there salary.

You should raise a PO against the vendor

You can assign the PO to the project (WBS or NWA)

There are standard reports that will tell you the PO values - commitment against the project

Actually i have alraedy configured(as you said in before post),im able to get value as cost in CJI3,

but here client wants to see all resources in salary graph,

Virendra:Yes you are correct,but in my business scenario we have Subcontract and Regular(permanent) employees also.

Hi Nitin,

My business owner wants to see the list of all resources,

For example:in one project 10 resources will be assigned to diferent wbs with relationship 1:1

They want to see the 10 resources salarys in graph mode,

Through the graph mode they can find out who is getting more salray.

Whether i have to go for ZReport or Standard report.

We dont have Std. reports for the resources assigned to WBS

10 resources will be assigned to diferent wbs with relationship 1:1

May be you should check with HR , for this

You need to take hlep of HR & FI to make this integration. You can refer recent thread of Srinivasan. You willl get the smae if you search with Salary. The relevant content of it is as below.

"In the personnel master PA30 use the infotype 27 - Cost distribution. Here you enter the WBS and percentage of work performed / planned by the employee. you can distribute to many projects/orders.

After the payroll run, we need to post this to FI as journal entries using the transaction PC00_M99_CIPE and PC00_M99_PPM.

By this way you can capture the actual salary cost to your project."
