KB objects

Hi Experts,

I need some clarification on KB objects created with object type C in ECC(table SCEPROFILE).

1. What is the benifit and significance of creating KB object with type C.

2. Shall we use both of these KB object during order creation?

3. what is the difference between KB objects created with type M and KB object created with type C.

(transactions i am looking are CU33, CL24N, CT04)
