Syntax_Error while applying Support Package in Solman Ehp1

Dear Guru's,

We're applying SPS20 in our solution manager 7.0 Ehp1 system, while crossing the main import phase of SAP_Basis 701 SP04 its throwing error message.

We're getting this type of dump for most of the t-codes. Could anyone suggest me what could be done.

OS : Windows 2003 R2

DB : MS SQL 2005

SAP : Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp1 SPS19

I had a similar issue and I performed the following procedure

1) I updated SPAM to the latest version 701/39

2) I updated kernel to the latest version, specially tp.exe

may be this gives you the clear picture, what could be the cause here,

they states it was due to the DB shutdown while upgrade. and they suggest to try by OS level to complete it.

but better contact SAP by OSS message.
