Hello Gurus,

we have recently upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0.

we are facing two issues:

1) SU25 2(A) step is not executed during the upgrade by basis team, we are manually executing this.

(Usually SU25 2(A) step is executed by some job on the same day the system is upgarded).

Also when we tried to execute SU25 2(A) we have recieved few errors like

" Org level contained in SAP default values $APPLIC is miising in table USORG" similarly for other org levels like BUKRS,KOART,KOKRS e.t.c

we have added this org levels in USORG table and re-executed SU25 2(A).

Is this the right way to do ? or any better way ?

2) we have copied a role from standard role /SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER , and trying to restrict the advanced search options from BBP_ADVS authorization object. We have restrcited BUS2121 object in BBP_ADVS , but still it shows the option in the advanced search. this problem is occurring only for this role.

Please help meim resolving these issues..

Hello Sanketh,

The correction report Z_BEAUTIFY_SU22_ORGFIELDS that is attached to note 1360441 will clean up the inconsistencies that produce the messages received:

SAP-default org-field $APPLIC is missing in table USORG....
