eRecruiting: Application/Candidacy status dependency

Hi All,

We have a situation where the candidate's application was Rejected by mistake and later on Recruiter changed the status from "Rejected" to "In Process" again, but the same has not been updated on the Candidate side.

As per the observations made, whenever Recruiter changes the candidacy status to - Rejected, To be Hired etc the changes will be reflected immediately on candidate part (In "My Applications"), but why the same changes will get not get updated for "In Process" status?? (the same changes can be viewed in Recruiter screen)

I hope Candidacy and Application status are linked to each other.

The status synchronisation between candidacy and application is done by a workflow. This is only implemented for "to be hired" and "rejected". The status set back is an additional requirement not within the status workflows. This needs to be developed by yourself. So you need to copy the status-change workflow and enhance it in this way.
