CRM sales order and APO ATP check

Hi!

which steps are done when an ATP check ist triggered in APO by a CRM sales order item?

- are temporary quantity assignments created in APO?

- are these delta records deleted when the sales order is saved?

- are these sales order items transferred via the middle ware to APO?

Hi,

Creating Sales Order in CRM behaves similar to ERP Sales Order.

While creating sales order in CRM, it generates Temporary requirements in APO and these are deleted when the Sales Order is created / not created.

The sales order transferred to APO via ERP i.e. CRM --> ERP --> APO.

do you know if the CRM sales order is displayed in /SAPAPO/RRP3 or /SAPAPO/AC04?

(when the result is saved in CRM)

Hi,

When sales order is CIFed from ERP to SCM...it is like any other sales order. it reflects in RRP3. ATP check results is also works in teh same way. Once order is saved in CRM after APO ATP check, confirmation reflects in RRP3.

The behaviour is similar to ERP Sales Order.

CRM Sales Order can be seen in RRP3.

- are these delta records deleted when the sales order is saved? YES. As normal behaviour.

- are these sales order items transferred via the middle ware to APO? Sales orders are flown from CRM to ERP (Middle ware) and from there we used to CIF to SCM. No idea abt sales order transfer from CRM to SCM.
