Sale Order QTY Field want to make grey out or non editable

Hi All,

Is it possible to make Quantity field grey out or non editable in the sale order, once the order is save

So after saving the sale order that quantity field suppose to become grey out or non editable.

Please suggest the solution.

Hi,

You can do it by enabling the same in the user exit USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION in the include MV45AFZZ. Here you can mention that the field should be greyed out when it is not empty. It is not possible by standard SAP to grey out a field.

A transaction variant will grey this field from the very beginning, so that is also not of much use.

So if i apply this user exits, then after saving the order after that it wont allow me to change the qty in va01 and va02 tcode.

Also at the time of creation i can enter my own qty on first time, and then later on it wont allow me to change any above tcode.

Please let me know and clear my doubt.
