ITSMOBILE Logoff button not working

Hello Everyone,

I am new to ITS Mobile field and I am struggling with an issue related to button. We have published template of screen '2888' belonging to standard program 'RLMENU'. This screen has a log off button. When I test this transaction in R3 system, the logoff button terminates the session, which I suppose is due to the fact that its function type is 'S'. But on the web the same button doesn't work and no logoff happens. I tried some options with IAC service parameters in SICF but they didn't work.

This issue has become very critical for the go live of my project. Can some one please help me with this?

Hello Priyanka,

You need to check if you have the ~popups 1 in the ITSmobile internet service (SICF -> your service -> GUI Configuration). You can also check if you have used the CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN logon class - see SAP note 1048461.
