TECO Status should be set if all plan costs are paid

Hi All,

When user tries to set the status to TECO for particular WBS, we want a validation here that, when all plan costs are paid then only TECO should be set.

Can you please help me how this can be configured?

This is not possbile reason being TECO is nothign but closer of exsiting and new commitment. It only allows you to process that commitment. This is no link to planned cost. ( If your developer is really good than I think there is possibility that you can check out somewhere before setting TECO what is outstading commitment on object that you chekc via development; but not planed cost )
