Need help to assign Sold to Party in Support Message.

Hi Experts,

I have configured Service desk with SOLMAN 7.0 EHP1 and configured auto mails to reporter and support team but there is an error showing on the top to assign sold to party which is empty for support messages.

I have assigned in IB52 for system but didn't work so I have assigned to sub components in tree like SID INITIAL, SAP CRM, SAP CRM:SID by selecting entry then Goto-> Partner then select sold to party and assigned BP user and saved entries. Now tried creating new support message but still the sold-to-party field is blank. Please help me resolve it.

Hi,

Problem resolved! missed to assign Sold-to-Party for SOL_MAN_DATA_REP and SAP System in the tree.
