I have never seen the exam given online. I believe the exam is always given in an office or classroom type setting.

I have seen some sample questions posted online by sap. Not so much for APO, though....

It appears that SAP offers certification in your region only through SAP Education partners. You can start by looking at the SAP MENA site.

You will probably have to select the actual partner you will use, and enquire directly to them about details.

There is quite a bit of generic info about SAP certs in the us site. Look at
